dreaming of a baby boy?

i had a dream last night that i was pregnant and went into labour, there was a clock in the labour room and i was watching it the whole time. i was in labour for and hour and a half. it was a quick and painless birth..( i didnt even break a sweat) i delivered a baby boy and he was very healthy. then i was in the hospital room and i was breastfeeding when my mother came into the room. i forgot the baby was in my arms and i jumped up to hit my mother. i then realize he was in my arms and picked him up and nursed him until he stopped crying. then im at home on my lounge breast feeding again when my daughter comes in and gives him a cuddle and says "baby". in this dream the baby was always wearing a powder blue onesie and im wearing purple. my daughter is wearing a bright fushia dress with white flowers on it.
please help me interpret this dream! and please no smart ass remarks.

It means there is a big change that is going to happen in your soon future so you might have a baby soon or either your pregnant now. but don't over analyze it sometimes dreams are crazy like that it happens o.O
