About respiration, what is the velocity/speed of air breathed out? And how can I figure out how it distributes?

What is the velocity/speed of air breathed out?
How can I determine how the exhaled air distributes itself in a room, accounting for air conditioning/an open door/other people breathing?
Something helpful would be like a video of someone breathing out something colored to make it visible, but I can't find anything like that, just for sneezing.

Your questions depends a lot on specific environment and individuals in the equation.

A person sitting in front of a computer answering questions such as yours may expel air at say, 0.01m/s , but an athletic running a marathon will expel at speed a lot more than that.

For your other questions, warm air rises and cold air sinks. And it circulated by convection currents. Where there is more people or fireplaces, the air will rise, and cold air will rush in from open doors or running AC units, to fill in the vacant spots.
