What is the best college I can get into?

I'm only sixteen, but I plan to pursue a career in arts, anything from interior design to fine art, I'm really not sure. Currently, I have a 3.8 grade point average. By the end of my high school career, I will have taken three AP courses and the following art classes: ceramics 1, basic drawing, studio art, digital imaging 1 & 2, painting 1 & 2 and art portfolio. I will have had three years of spanish in high school. I will have received two Rhode Island School of Design certificates (ten courses). I will have three years of track, three years of cross country, and at least 200 hours of community service. I work for a local photographer. Also, my high school is one of the top ten best public schools in the country. I just want to have a realistic idea of my options in the future.
Which art schools could I get into, and which other schools? Thankyou!

look into the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan and Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles
