What should I do for a cut out design of (look at picture in details), shooting up my bedroom wall?

except it would be white, on a dark beige background (and yes, the vh1 soul logo wouldn't be on there )

Should I cut out the design on a piece of paper, and then spray paint the design onto the wall?

I need some techniques, some options, tips, some things I shouldn't do, anything, just DON'T tell me ideas for a totally different design that i will ignore.

A library card is free and so is the overhead projector you can borrow from the library. You can transfer the image you want to duplicate onto your wall and then trace it with pencil.

By using an artist brush, you can go over your traced line with paint, wait for it to dry and then fill it in with a bigger paint brush and or a roller.

I find this to be the easiest and most accurate way to get an image onto a wall.
