Redbull is very yellow, apple juice could pass for beer especially if you shook it up first to make some foam, and the the foam doesn't last very long, plus its drunk down so it is really part of pouring a beer in a glass correctly the foam is called the "head" and imparts the aromas of the beer, if you pour a beer you want to pour the first half or so smoothly then the last part rougher or faster to create about an inch to and inch and a half of foam. Some beer after being kept int he fridge for a while is less foamy, lighter beers are less foamy. But clearly the best way is to smell them. Unless your doing some kind of guessing game.
