Lots of votive candle cups and a wedding gift?

I have an umpteen amount of clear glass votive candle cups and I wanted to make something out of them into a gift for my cousin getting married. I am going to fill some of them with new candles but after that I'm lost.

What are some ideas I could fill them with or use them with to make a gift?

Maybe you could make some of them into tiny flower vases and put little bitty bouquets in them. Or you could fill a few up with those pretty colored marbles they sell at Pier 1. If you're feeling really crafty, you could try your hand at painting the bride and groom's names on a couple of them with acrylic paint, or doing some pretty, simple designs.
