Should I be worried if my Pleco is floating at the top of the tank (but is still alive)?

I just bought this fish for a 2 month old 10 gallon tank. It was frisky at the pet store (as much as a Pleco can be expected to be with the lights on) and seems quite happy until I introduced it into the tank. The introduction was done with 30 min of temperature acclamation and 5 min of water acclimation and a feeding tablet (the same kind he/she was fed in the store was added for immediate food. Now it just floats on the top of the tank or rolls on the bottom and doesn't stick to anything. I know it still lives as i see it swim now and again, but doesn't move if u touch it (long story).

Info on the tank:
Current occupants- 2 small/medium goldfish, 1 large snail (introduced the same time as the Pleco), about 3-4 tiny snails, a large plant.
Decor- Gravel bottom with a Jaws style shark
Filter- Carbon bag style

The water has been changed regularly, but there is not a heater in the tank so it is a little cold.

Any thoughts?

No, I have a Beta fish that stops swimming sometimes and just floats on it's side. Then you tap on the glass and it still doesn't move, but eventually does.

My son really loves Batman! I want to decorate his room real nice but I am having a hard time finding Batman decor for it. I remember a few years back they had Batman decor all over but now there is none. I can't even find a Batman toddler bed. He doesn't like Spiderman and you can find that everywhere. Please help. Really want to make him happy.
