How do I have this up on my wall?

So I bought this:http://www.amazon.com/Wrought-Iron-Swirl-5-Candle-Sconce/dp/B00023AX34/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1219191570&sr=1-2

But it didn't come with hardware or nails or anything. So I need help. How do I hang it up without too badly damaging the wall while still keeping it secure? It's incredibly heavy wrought iron, and I just want to make sure it actually stays in the wall and doesn't come ripping out, with half the wall with it. Thanks!

Most of the above suggestions are right on the money, but just to add: if you have an older house with plaster-and-lath walls instead of drywall, it's best to find a stud for at least some of the screws. For the others use the metal concrete anchors and not plastic anchors. (But to be honest, for something that heavy I'd be a bit wary of attaching it to a plaster wall with any kind of anchor.)
