Which type of vinyl flooring is the more economical choice MATH PROBLEM?

The Johnson's are finishing their basement laundry room and intend to install a vinyl floor. The dimensions of the room are 6m by 4m. Self-adhesive vinyl tiles cost $1.47 per (12” by 12”) tile. Vinyl flooring is cut from a roll and is $11.99 per square yard. For the roll-cut vinyl flooring, a $13.99 can of floor adhesive is required. Each can cover approximately 38 square yards. Which type of vinyl flooring is the more economical choice?

4x6 = 19.68x13.12 = 258 sq. ft.

12X12 tiles = 258 x 1.47 = $379.26

roll cut = 258 / 9 x 11.99 = $343.71
adhesive = 1 can = 342 sf = $13.99
total = $357.70

roll cut is cheaper...

I am looking to get a printer that can print high quality prints on foil paper?

I need to get a printer that can print crack and peel, 5-inches x 3 inches.
I need to print 100,000 labels a month crack and peel.
I need the printer capacity to be able to do a clear coat paint over the labels because I have to use these for a beverage product that has to be water resistant.
Is there a printer that can use spools as well? ( round rolls of paper ) Its not a necessity to use spools but it would help when peeling off the labels.
So we are talking self adhesive peel off labels.
I will be using foil paper.
My concern is that I do not want the ink to run or smudge.
I need a shinny finnish.

Nothing in the "domaestic" or "small office" market will do what you need.
100000 a month is a LOT of labels so you are really lookng at a professional product, so I'd suggest contacting some professional printing solution providers in your part of the world, explain the needs see what they have, or contact a local printing house see if they can help. Might be as cheap to outsource the printing to someone that already HAS the right equipment !
