Scented sticks in a bottle.. reuse?

Hi. I recently bought these bamboo sticks and a bottle of fragrance.. And I was wondering if you can reuse the sticks? I only used one, but I see on Google image search that people put all sticks into it.. But after some hours the scent stops.. But can this stick be used again when dry?

And when there is no more fragrance left in the bottle, can I use regular scented oils, meant for aroma burners?

I also bought some scented rocks... How do they work, besides putting them in a bowl? Can they be reused, or for how long do they keep their scent?

ive reused these`wen the bottle is empty i just put a bit of fabric conditioner in and it smells lush in the room.
