Ok... I have self adhesive wallpaper boarder...?

I have self-adhesive wallpaper boarder and found that last night part of it came off... I looked up the review for this boarder and this seemed to be the biggest problem.

Is there anything I can do extra to make sure this boarder sticks?

It's for the new nursery and the wall has been painted with a semi-gloss paint on top and bottom... and I have rubbed the crap out of it to try and make it stick and it still came off...

buy small container of wallpaper paste you can apply to the backing. The adhesive of the border paper usually doesn't adhere well to semi-gloss.
