How can we ever help unite Iraq when they still think in terms of tribal loyalty?

Besides the fighting between the Shiites, Sunnis and Kurds, we are also dealing with the tribes and warlords within the different religious factions. Wonder if the Iraqis felt safer, under the Saddam regime, than they do today. At least they had clean water, electricity and job then, and, their family members were alive.
sbcalif...surely you don't compare living conditions in Iraq and the US as comparable! I do think "tribal loyalty" is the divider, along with the different interpretations of Islam. And, I do think of our country as much more advanced, and I'll bet most would agree!

For whoever is good at photoshop or drawing , I would like you to make me a design. I'm looking to put it on my arm (From shoulder to elbow).

The tattoo has to include the number 13 somewhere because it is very prestigious for my family and I. Also, i would like the theme to be tribal AND Hawaiian. I don't know if its possible, but that's what i have in mind. By Hawaiian i mean like water, flowers, etc.

Go and see a tattoo artist.

You have a lot of criteria here. You could get a drawing from someone that is beautiful and amazing but how do you know a tattoo artist will even be able to use it? How do you know the drawing will translate to a tattoo? Most of the time when people bring reference material in to tattoo artists they end up drawing it over again themselves to correct little mistakes or make changes. Better to talk to the tattoo artist from the get-go.
